The law also limits access to warrant information connected to juvenile-related files or confidential records.

The Delaware Courts' public policy rules do not permit courts to provide a consolidated Delaware criminal history. Requesters must direct Delaware criminal history requests to the Delaware State Police State Bureau of Identification.
